Return & Exchange Policy

Stickershut Vinyl Decal is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,return the unused vinyl within 7 days for a full refund (less shipping). If product is defective I will replace it with the same design free of charge.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the stickers.
  2. Provide us with photos of the stickers, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
  3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), otherwise it will not be accepted.
  4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
  5. If you prefer to exchange stickers, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
  6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the stickers.
  7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
    • Please use the same address we give on the parcel you received.
    • Please send back the item with the original packing we use
    • Please write the value same as the one we given on the express bill.

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, then you are required to contact us within 12 hours. However there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If your order has already been processed, then we have no way to cancel it.
